Yes!!! We provide a written Satisfaction Guarantee to all clients. Our refund policy is clearly spelled out within our Service Agreement. And with a signed contract, it further guarantees our committment to your event, and helps protect your consumer rights! |

What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified? |

As members of the United States Online Disc Jockey Assocation (USODJA), as well as other professional organizations, our company is required to meet much higher standards than other music companies. And with over 120,000 satisfied guests at our events, we believe that serves as our greatest qualification, and best explains our professionalism through on-the-job training. |

What are your hourly rates? |
| |
We do not quote our services simply by the hour. We generally offer services for one convenient price, mainly because not all events are the same. Therefore an hourly price would not be fair to the majority of our clients. |

Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy? |
| |
A $175 retainer fee is required to schedule our services, and don't worry - that amount will be deducted from your event total. And the remaining balance will not be due until the day of your event! We can even transfer your fee to another date in those rare instances where you need to change the original date. |

What is your experience? How many events have you done? |
| |
With almost 10 yrs experience, we've performed at over 700 events ranging from weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, backyard pool parties, youth & teen dances, singles groups, car & truck shows, awards banquets, corporate & charity fundraising events. We're very familiar with the type of music is expected at an event, and we only play radio & family-friendly tunes. |

Do you specialize in a specific genre of music? |

No - We provide all styles of music from the current Top 40, R&B / Hip Hop, Country, Rock, Alternative, Contemporary, Oldies, Motown, and even those sometimes hard to find Ethnic selections. Our digital music library covers more than 9 decades of the most popular music ever requested. |

Do you take requests? |

Yes - we take requests as appropriate for the event. Our clients are asked to provide us with both a "play" and "not to play" list. If you have selected a song not to be played, then it won't be. We cater to our client's requests. |

Can I provide my own music? |
| |
Yes - whether it's custom music, or specific theme music, we'd be happy to use your music if requested, but chances are we already have it. |

Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure? |
| |
Yes - unlike other companies, our back-up equipment is the same as the equipment you originally "paid for", not a lower-grade version. And our back-up equipment comes with us on-site in a custom trailer, not back at the office or warehouse. |

Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)? |
| |
By using our 2-person Entertainment Team, you're guaranteed to have a DJ and MC. Your DJ will handle all of your musical selections, as well as your guests requests. Our MC will work behind the scenes coordinating with the other vendors to gently guide all of your event's activities in an orderly fashion and logical sequence. What is your standard attire? |

Whether it's a formal reception with tuxedo, an awards banquet with suit & tie, or Hawaiian Luau party with a more casual look, we dress as you wish! |

Are you insured? |
| |
Yes - We carry $3,000,000 Liability Coverage. Don't trust another DJ company's word - be sure to ask to see their insurance binder. Don't risk your event to anyone without Liability Insurance - it's simply not worth it!!! |

We are a family-owned & operated business, not a franchise or multi-system company. That means that we truly care about our clients, and their event needs. When you hire us, you get us - we'll never send someone who is not qualified to make your event spectacular and fun. |
