Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  We at Super Sound Productions endeavour to ensure our customers complete satisfaction and will discuss any preceived problem with them. Depending on the specific complaint of a customer we will provide partial or full refunds if it is found that any of our staff have not performed in a manner acceptable to our customer. We do not provide refunds for any emergency that is beyond our control.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  All of our DJ's go through an in house training program and are not allowed to do any event on their own until they satisfactorily complete the program and our owner is satisfied that they will perform to the standard that has been set for our service over the years.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  Rates depend on the event and it is advisable that we be contacted with specific details in order to provide a price for your event.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  There is a $50.00 deposit required on all contracts and there are cancellation clauses that increase the customers liability the closer we get to the actual event date.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  Super Sound Productions has performed at literally thousands of events. Some of our customers have included Rideau Carlteon Racetrack and Slots for New Years Eve parties, Carleton University Athletics Induction ceramonies and many corporate and individual customers.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  No, Super Sound Productions carries all genre's of music which span the past eight decades. From big band to rock to country to todays top pop and dance we carry it all.

Q.  Do you take requests?
  Yes, requests are always welcome. Since we use state of the art computer systems and hardware we carry in excess of 30,000 song titles to every event thus your requests can usually be acommodated without any problem.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  Yes, you can, however we have found over the years that there is very little music that a customer has to provide. IF, special music is required that we do not have in our library we ask that it be provided to us in advance in order that we may ascertain the quality of the recordings and copy them to our computer systems for use at your event.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Yes, we maintain back-up systems for every event. In our over 40 years in business we have only required the use of a back-up piece of equipment twice. Since we maintain a rigid maintenance schedule on all equipment it is very unlikely that a problem will be encountered nontheless equipment is available should it be required.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  Yes, we can assume that role if the customer wishes.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
  Attire depends on the event. For wedding receptions the normal attire would be a suit and tie or tuxedo depending on the customers wishes. For events such as stags dress slacks and sport shirts are normal and for our club work and other informal events the attire is suited to the event.

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  Super Sound Productions has been in business since 1963 which means that we are the oldest and most experienced DJ service in Eastern Ontario. We are not just a DJ service but have also produced many events over the years that give us the knowledge and ability to ensure that your event runs smoothly.
