Yes. Although, we have never been asked for a refund, we are not perfect. But we have always provided satisfaction for any errors.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
20+ years in photography and I teach photography at Miami University.

Q.	What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
All packages are custom quoted based on what best suits the customer. Prices range from $950 for a basic photography to $3995.00 for photography, video and a reflections program.

Q.	Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A $400 deposit is required at this time. The deposit is refundable if the customer cancels and we book another wedding for the same time.

Q.	How many pictures do you take?
Usually 300 to 450 photographs, depending on the size of the wedding.

Q.	Can I keep the negatives?
Everything is shot on large digital format. Purchasing the images is possible, but not normal for us.

Q.	How many weddings have you photographed?
Somewhere between 250 and 400. But weddings are only a part of our experience.

Q.	What is your photographic style?
We shoot a combination of traditional and artistic poses including some outdoor shots whenever possible.

Q.	Do you provide black and white photography?
Yes, along with sepia and combination color and black & white photographs.

Q.	Do you use digital or film?
Digital, but we have large format film scanners for when we decide a film base is better.

Any distance under the right circumstances.

Q.	How quickly will I receive my prints?
Proofs take about 2 weeks. Videos take 4-6 weeks. Photographs take 4 weeks after orders are placed.
